Learning Center
Our learning center is located in Springfield, Missouri. We adult workshops, kids' programs and camps, teacher-trainings, visiting teacher workshops and educator events.

With our country feel, but nearby accommodations, restaurants, grocery and coffee shops, our location is ideal for out-of-town guests for multi-day workshops!

Adult Workshops
If you are looking to explore your creativity with new ideas, or to simply FIND your creativity, we have something special for you. With intimate groups of no more than 10 participants, you will be able to enjoy getting to know your fellow participants and get plenty of personal instruction. The majority of our single workshops are for the grownups.

Kid Programs
Our extended programs for kids offer hands-on learning and making that engages all the senses for impactful experiences. Our class sizes run in small groups of no more than 10 so kids are able to easily build relationships and have more personal attention. We run a fall and spring "Wild Arts Wednesdays" for kids 10+ who are able to come during the daytime and generally once per week.

Kid Summer Camps
These are day camps held that generally run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. During the week, we have opportunities to explore many of the nature-based art endeavors offered at the Wild Arts studio. From making and hand stitching their own books to use for nature journaling to hand making earth pigments and paints, we focus on fun and creativity!

Wild Arts Learning Conference
This Conference is hosted by the Wild Arts Learning Center in Springfield, MO. It is designed for educators to network, learn and discover new nature based creative endeavors they can incorporate into their own programming. With an emphasis on materials literacy and heritage skills, participants will leave inspired and equipped.

Weaving the Wild Gathering
This event brings together teachers, students and all who are enthusiastic pursuers of weaving with the abundance provided by the natural world. From invasives to cultivated materials, participants will explore materials, techniques and ideas for creating with vines, barks, sticks and more!
