Wild Arts
Learning Center

Our learning center is located in Springfield, Missouri. We host adult workshops, kids' programs and camps, teacher-trainings, visiting teacher workshops and educator events.

With our country feel, but nearby accommodations, restaurants, grocery and coffee shops, our location is ideal for out-of-town guests for multi-day workshops!

Adult Workshops

Explore your creativity with new ideas, or simply find your creativity. With small groups of generally no more than 10 participants, you will be able to enjoy getting to know your fellow participants while getting plenty of personal instruction.

Kid Programs

Our extended programs for kids offer hands-on learning and making that engages all the senses for impactful experiences. Our class sizes run in small groups of no more than 10 so they can easily build relationships and have more personal attention.

Summer Camps

These are day camps that generally run from 9:00 am  to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. During the week, we have opportunities to explore many of the nature-based art endeavors offered at the Wild Arts studio with an emphasis on fun and creativity!

Conference

The Wild Arts Learning Conference is specifically designed for educators wishing to bring these types of nature-based arts, materials literacy and heritage skills into their own programming. This fall event is hosted in Springfield, MO.

Weaving the Wild

Our "Weaving the Wild," gathering is an event for pursuers of weaving with the natural materials found around them. From invasives to cultivated materials, participants will explore techniques and ideas for creating with  vines, barks, sticks and more!
