Weaving The Wild
This series of workshops is designed to give you a range of learning opportunities to explore the world of weaving with natural materials. From foraging and processing, to creating,, you will experience new connections to the materials with which you create.
Our priority is materials literacy and understanding the resources you are using to "make" with. In our "Foundation" class, be prepared to gather and process what you will use to create with. Willow is cultivated. It must be harvested and dried for about 6 months before use, so those materials are pre prepared for our workshops.
Whatever workshop you choose, it will no doubt be an inspiring and memorable experience!
