Foraging Walk & Wild Salad w/Bo Brown

Service Description

We'll learn edible plants and fungi on this mosey from the Wild Arts studio to the James River. After our river walk, we'll return to the classroom to make a gourmet wild foraged salad. There is a creek crossing to get back to the river, so please bring your water boots or sandals! This is an adult class, but young folks 13+ are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Hosted at the Wild Arts Learning Center in Springfield, MO. For locals, we’re just out east Sunshine, around the bend from Turner’s Station, off J. Address and directions are emailed upon booking.
