Join wild foods expert Bo Brown, Wild Arts director Cina Canada and Canning Educator Jen Welton for two days of food preservation learning! If you've wanted to learn more about preserving your food but haven't had the confidence that you would do it safely, this workshop is for you! We will cover techniques like canning, dehydration, salt curing, vinegars, fermentation and more! Details to come... Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday - 2:00-TBD This is an adult workshop hosted at the Wild Arts Learning Center in Springfield, MO. For locals, we are just out east Sunshine, around the bend from Turner's Station, off J. The address is emailed upon booking.
