Service Description

In this workshop, participants will learn the art of needle felting and explore their felting materials, the history of needle felting, where their wool comes from, how it's dyed and ways to safely use specially designed felting tools. This is a fun, colorful and fluffy way to use your interpretive imagination to create beautiful nature scenes with nature itself! All wool supplies are provided along with resources of where to continue purchasing responsibly sourced, and naturally dyed wool. If you become fascinated with the natural dye aspect, look for our natural dye workshops! Kids 13+ are welcome to attend with an adult. Supplies + Snacks + Drinks provided. This workshop is for adults and hosted at the Wild Arts Learning Center in Springfield, MO. For locals: just out east Sunshine and around the bend from Turner's Station off J Hwy.
