Learn the fine art of printing and pounding leaves and flowers onto paper and fabric fibers via the methods of steam bundling and hammering! In this workshop, we will: - Explore the basics of preparing paper and fabric to receive plant pigments - Discuss what leaves print best and how - Choose and create a composition with leaves - Learn about and use dye blankets - Practice leaf & flower impressions, i.e. "pounding" - Go home with your workshop creations and instructions on how to continue exploring at home! $65 - all materials + snacks and drinks provided
