Service Description

Join us for a workshop with renowned Ozark foraging author Bo Brown! What to Expect: - Enjoy a presentation from Bo about what's needed to start making bacteria-rich, gut-enhancing fermented foods at home. - Go with him on a short walk-about to collect wild greens. - Make your own jar of wild-yeast fermented kimchi to take home! You will also have opportunity to taste some of Bo's fermented goodies and learn about "lazy" wines, wild sodas and other ferments. Jars and brine provided. This workshop is hosted at the Wild Arts Learning studio in Springfield, MO, just out east Sunshine and around the bend from Turner's Station. Address emailed upon booking.
