Service Description

Nature journaling is a gateway to many important life skills. When we stimulate curiosity and learn about seeing vs looking, reflect on our experiences in nature, and learn how to express those in words and pictures, we nurture a finer sensitivity to the world around us. This series is designed to help participants learn how to discover, how to ask meaningful questions and find details, what it means to document and articulate experiences, how visual story telling can enhance that articulation, and develop greater observation skills. We want kids to experience the natural world, not just move through it, and nature journaling can be a powerful way to promote that objective.
