Botanical Printing
Botanical printing is a process in which fiber is prepared to receive and hold the pigment from roots, leaves and flowers.
In this workshop, kids explore the connections between plants, colors and fibers by experimenting with different materials to learn how they interact with one another during the printing process.

Weaving the Wild
This series is a chance to create with local plant fibers. learning how to weave them into creative projects full of individual expression. Whether we're making a wall hanging, basket, or bird feeder, students are sure to find the wonder in weaving the wild.
Creating with Flowers
Working with flowers brings a certain joy to the senses. In this workshop we learn how dry and press flowers and use them in a variety of art projects from framed pictures to clay creations. Depending on the season, we may also work with both fresh and dried flowers in design and arranging.

Wild Clay
Working with wild clay is just what it sounds like. We get hands dirty, out in the environment and show kids how to identify clay properties in the soil. We then process that clay and make a workable medium to craft with They will forever look at the ground differently!
